Author's Story
My name is Julia. I am 50 years old and I was born and raised in Kyiv. I got acquainted with crochet when I was 6 years old. Even when I grew up, our story with a hook continued. We created a variety of napkins, rugs, Christmas decorations, toys and much, much more. I also did embroidery 🙂 There is a piece of me in many houses of all my friends - it is either a picture embroidered from a photo, a pillow, a Christmas tree toy or even slippers.
The war made adjustments in our lives, and I am not an exception. But if we focus on the bright side, my hook and I now have a lot of time to create more and more beautiful things again.💙💛
