Author's Story

Throughout generations women in Ukraine are doing handmade to provide their families with unique, beautiful clothes. My grandmother and mother kept old traditions and taught me how to spin, knit, and weave clothes. I spin any type of wool, fluff, linen, hemp, nettle. But most of all I love to work with dog’s fur. 

One of the reasons — it’s because dog’s fur is one of the ways of treating and preventing diseases.

It is an scientific fact that dog’s fur has painkilling, and anti-inflammatory properties. My furry pals bring me happiness, and joy of communication with them. More than this, they help me in my craft that I enjoy a lot.

I brush them, which is the source of my crafting material. Thanks to them 'Pukhnaste Teplo' was born.

With my product I’m showing that dog’s fur is not just a typical(and at the same time very curative socks and belts, that come very handy), but also original hats, face masks(buffs), elegant gloves, warm necklace, unique shawl, and modern scarf-necklace.
